What payment methods are available?
We support online payment through the Paymob gateway: Visa and Mastercard bank cards, mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, and cash payment by code at Aman and Masary kiosks. Your card details are entered on Paymob's secure pages only and never pass through our website.
Can I book with just a deposit?
Yes. You pay a 0% deposit of the trip price to confirm the booking and lock your seats, and pay the rest in cash to the driver before departure. You can of course pay the full amount online if you prefer.
When is my booking confirmed?
Immediately after your payment succeeds. Your booking code and e-ticket reach you within minutes by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Can I change my booking or move to another departure?
Yes — every booking includes one free reschedule, provided it is at least 24 hours before departure and subject to seat availability. Contact customer service and we will arrange it right away.
How do I get my money back if I cancel?
It depends on when you cancel: 48 hours or more before departure you get 100% of what you paid back to your wallet instantly, from 24 to less than 48 hours you get 50%, and less than 24 hours there is no refund. Instead of the wallet you may request a transfer back to the original payment method within 5 to 14 business days. Full details are on the refund policy page.
How do I pay at a kiosk (Aman / Masary)?
Choose "cash via kiosk" at checkout and you will receive your own payment code. Go to the nearest Aman or Masary outlet and pay with the code within the shown time window before the booking expires — your booking is confirmed automatically the moment you pay.
What luggage is allowed?
One medium suitcase per passenger in the luggage compartment, plus a small hand bag with you inside the vehicle. Transporting dangerous, flammable or legally prohibited materials is strictly forbidden.
Where do trips depart from and where are the pickup points?
Every route has fixed pickup points at well-known landmarks, shown to you during booking and listed on your ticket with the nearest landmark. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before departure — trips leave on time.
