Passengers may cancel their booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of the ticket value.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours and up to 12 hours before departure, 35% of the ticket value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 12 hours and up to 6 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 6 hours before departure, the ticket value is non-refundable.
In case of a no-show or late arrival after the scheduled departure time, the passenger will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 days from the date the cancellation is confirmed, according to the approved payment method.
