Passengers are responsible for verifying the date, time, and direction/destination of the trip before completing the booking.
Children aged 4 years and above require a full ticket. Half-fare tickets are not available.
Bookings may be modified or cancelled according to the following policy:
24 hours or more before departure: Full ticket refund.
12 hours before departure: 35% deduction from the ticket value.
6 hours before departure: 50% deduction from the ticket value.
Less than 6 hours before departure: The ticket is non-refundable.
Modification fees apply according to the company’s policy.
Each passenger is allowed one medium-sized luggage bag. Any additional luggage will be subject to the applicable shipping/luggage fees.
The company is not responsible for the loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings carried by the passenger inside the vehicle.
If a passenger arrives after the scheduled departure time, they will not be entitled to a ticket refund or any compensation.
Transporting animals, birds, fish, flammable materials, or liquids inside the vehicle is prohibited.
