- Sending marketing offers — only with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required to run the website, such as holding your seats while you complete a booking, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and improve our advertising. You can set your browser to refuse non-essential cookies without affecting your ability to book.
Sharing with third parties
- Paymob: to process online payments; the entire payment happens on their secure pages.
- Analytics tools (Google and Meta): usage data for measurement and advertising optimisation.
- Government authorities: only upon an official request under the law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
Data retention
We keep booking and payment data for as long as Egyptian tax and legal obligations require (at least five years), and marketing contact data until you withdraw your consent.
